What the audience refresh checklist covers

Seven checks confirm that a new audience, hook or channel test has a reason to run, a page that supports it, budget to learn from, and an owner. The completion score is the share of checks you have ticked.

Frequently asked questions

When should I refresh a campaign audience?

Refresh when response has dropped against your best recent variant and demand for the topic is still healthy, which points to the audience or the creative rather than the market. The first three checks cover exactly that.

What are the seven checks?

Trend or search demand is still moving in the right direction. Current CTR or reply rate has dropped versus the last best variant. CPA, CAC, or unsubscribe rate has a clear fatigue signal. Audience exclusions and overlap have been reviewed. Landing page or product page supports the new angle. There is budget room for a controlled test. Owner and success metric are assigned before launch.

Why review audience exclusions and overlap?

When audiences overlap, the same people can see several variants at once and your ad sets bid against each other, which makes a fresh test hard to read. Excluding recent converters and past test audiences keeps the result clean.

Does the checklist save my answers?

No. Your ticks stay in this browser tab and reset when you reload the page. Nothing you select is sent to TrendsAGI.
